WOW, so where do I start! I feel like I have so much to blog about. I am so behind! I guess I could start with the biggest news…..
Jenna Hughes Shaver made her arrival into the world on January 4, 2010. She was 3 weeks early, today was actually her original due date, but she and mom are healthy and happy! She was 6lbs, 7oz and 19.5 inches long at birth. I can’t wait to share her birth story and share all kinds of fun things that have been going on. In the mean time I will leave you with a picture of her the day she was brought home from the hospital.
Jenna was brought home the day that Alabama played Texas for the National Championship so she had to support her mommy’s favorite team by wearing Crimson and White. (She didn’t wear this home from the hospital, I wouldn’t do that to Dad, but she did change before the game began!) Jenna was definitely a good luck charm for UofA!! This was the year for the TIDE! ROLL TIDE!!
